As many warehouses as you need and one vehicle per technician, each with its own page of products and stock history.
Know what is in the warehouse and every vehicle, any time.
Count your materials per warehouse and vehicle. Materials added to a job come off the technician’s vehicle, transfers are confirmed on receipt, and critical stock warns you.
What you can do
Stock tracking on the material
On the material page choose “Track stock”: stock code, barcode, opening stock and critical level in the same place.
Used on jobs
When a technician adds a material to a job it comes off their vehicle; it goes back if the line is removed or reduced.
Transfers
Warehouse to vehicle or vehicle to vehicle: requested, on the way, received. Anything short is written off as lost in transit.
Receiving and counts
Enter deliveries at their cost; the average cost updates. Correct a count with a reason.
Value and profit
Buying and selling price, stock cost, sale value and profit per product. The stock dashboard shows critical and most-used materials.

Questions
What if the vehicle has none?
Your choice: allow it to go below zero with a warning, or block the line.
Who sees costs?
Only owners and admins. Dispatchers manage stock without seeing costs.
Do I have to track stock?
No. Only the materials you choose are counted; switching the app off keeps the data.
