The job is done, the invoice is ready. Payments tracked.

A completed job drafts its own invoice. VAT per line, discount, due date and payment records in one place; overdue invoices get reminders.

What you can do

Invoice drafts from jobs

When a job is completed its lines move to the invoice. The draft follows the job’s lines as they change.

VAT per line

20%, 10%, 1% and 0%; prices including or excluding VAT. Totals are split by rate, and an exemption takes a reason.

Discount and due date

An amount or percentage discount; the due date comes from your payment terms.

Payment records

Cash, cheque, transfer and other; part payments too. Technicians can collect cash or cheques on their own jobs.

Reminders

Email reminders on the due date and 7 and 14 days after; switch them off if you prefer.

Customer link and PDF

The customer sees the invoice by link; “Save as PDF” makes a tidy document.

How it works

  1. 1

    Complete the job

The invoice draft is created for you.

  2. 2

    Send it

Check it and send it to the customer.

  3. 3

    Get paid

Record the payment; the app tracks what is left and what is late.

Questions

Can I send e-Invoices (e-Fatura)?

Not yet. e-Fatura and e-Arşiv through a licensed provider are on our roadmap.

Can I take card payments?

Card payments with instalments are coming. For now payments are recorded by hand.

Can a paid invoice change?

Once a payment is recorded its lines are locked; voiding asks for a reason.
